-Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 7:00 = P.M.

 

-The minutes from the March 11th, 2009 Board = Meeting were=20 presented.  Mr. Mitchell made a motion to accept the minutes as = presented=20 and Dr. Lamberson seconded.  The motion passed by unanimous = vote.

 

-The agenda was presented.  Ms. Gibson made a = motion to=20 accept the agenda as presented and Dr. Lamberson seconded.   = The=20 motion passed by unanimous vote.
