MINUTES OF THE MARCH 11TH, 2020 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
ATTENDANCE
Board members: Joe Sarver, President
Alan Reyes-Guerra, Vice President
Dr. Andrea Lamberson, Secretary/Treasurer
Ward Tishler
Staff: Deputy Chief John Yancey
Citizens: None
Firefighters: None
Other: None
-Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 6:03 P.M.
-The minutes from the January 8th, 2020 Board Meeting were presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to amend the attendance to include himself and Dr. Lamberson seconded. Minutes were amended. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to pass the minutes after amendment and Dr. Lamberson seconded, minutes passed unanimously.
-The agenda was presented. Mr. Tishler made a motion to accept the agenda and Mrs. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
REPORT OF THE FIRE CHIEF
-Deputy Chief Yancey gave the operations report (see attachment).
FINANCIAL REPORT
-Deputy Chief Yancey presented the financial report (see attachment).
COMMITTEE REPORTS
-None
OLD BUSINESS
-None
NEW BUSINESS
-Mr. Tishler asked about COVID-19 preparation and procedures. Deputy Chief Yancey gave update on personal protective equipment ordered and response procedure changes.
-Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Tishler seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:54 P.M.
