MINUTES OF THE APRIL 15TH, 2009 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

-Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
-The minutes from the March 11th, 2009 Board Meeting were presented. Mr. Mitchell made a motion to accept the minutes as presented and Dr. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
-The agenda was presented. Ms. Gibson made a motion to accept the agenda as presented and Dr. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
REPORT OF THE FIRE CHIEF
-Chief Witherington gave the operations report (see attachment).
FINANCIAL REPORT
-Mr. Kirkland presented the financial report (see attachment)

Mr. Mitchell made a motion to adjourn, Dr. Lamberson seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:17 P.M.
