- Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 5:52P.M.
- The minutes from October 12, 2022, Board Meeting were presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to approve the minutes and Mr. Clemmons seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
- The agenda was presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to approve the agenda with addition of and Mr. Wilkinson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.

Report from the Fire Chief
• Operations Report
-Final Inspection of the new E185 pushed back to a week of December.
• Financial Report
o Audit- R. Bradley gave a report from audit visit. Only have three outstanding items. Two items have already been emailed and waiting on Valley Bank for third item.

• Discuss District Vote

• Provide final firefighter and paramedic pay adjustments.
- Chief Wilks explained the adjustments to the firefighter and firefighter paramedic pay scales to increase starting pay. Mr. Clemmons made a motion to approve the proposed pay scale adjustments and Mr. Wilkinson seconded, the motion passed unanimously.
• Review adjusted fee schedule as proposed in previous meeting.

New Business
• Exemption Request – Presenbach
-Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to deny the request for exemption but agree to suspend the late charges for FY2023. Mr. Wilkinson seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
• Request to Write-off EMS Bill – Yasein
-Mr. Wilkinson made a motion to waive all charges and bring the balance to zero. Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
• Travel approval for Casey and Yancey to National Fire Academy. January-D. Welsh traveling NFA $955 for flight and meal ticket. February- Chief Wilks and Battalion Chief Gunnels to NFA. March- Batt. Chief Woodley to NFA flight and meal ticket.
-Mr. Wilkinson made a motion to approve travel and Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded, the motion passed unanimously.
• Approval of New Promotions
-Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to approve the recommendation for Wade White to be promoted to Lieutenant as the highest scoring candidate. Mr. Clemmons seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
• Approval to bid on used ladder trucks on Mr. Wilkinson made a motion to approve up to $160,000, Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded.
