MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 13TH, 2021 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

-Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M.
-The minutes from the December 8, 2020 Board Meeting were presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to approve the minutes and Dr. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
-The agenda was presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to accept the agenda and Dr. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
REPORT OF THE FIRE CHIEF
- Interim Chief Wilks presented the operations report (see attachment).
- Interim Chief Wilks presented 2020 annual run data report.
FINANCIAL REPORT
- Interim Chief Wilks presented the financial reports (see attachment).

-Board discussed the position of the Fire Chief.
-Dr. Lamberson made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:18 P.M.
