MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 15TH, 2010 BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

-Mr. Sarver called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M.
-The agenda was presented. Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to accept the agenda with changes and Dr. Lamberson seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.

NEW BUSINESS
-Mr. Reyes-Guerra made a motion to eliminate the position of bookkeeper and engage the services of RRFD to manage the finances of the district including dues billing, emergency medical services transport billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other such services as related to finance. Dr Lamberson seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous vote.
-Dr. Lamberson made a motion to approve the severance package for Benjamin F. Kirkland and Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
Dr. Lamberson made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Reyes-Guerra seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:12 P.M.
